Does not access login credentials
Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other third-party platform
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any message before sending it.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroLover.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are legally permitted to operate accounts on the platforms you use
You comply with all applicable laws and platform terms
You are responsible for your business and communications
2. AI-Generated Content
NeuroLover uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses.
AI-generated content:
May contain inaccuracies
May require editing before use
Is provided for assistance purposes only
NeuroLover does not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Subscriber growth
Engagement results
Platform compliance
All content generated by the Service is used at your own discretion and risk.
3. Platform Responsibility
Your use of OnlyFans, Fansly, or other third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
NeuroLover is not responsible for:
Account suspensions or bans
Platform moderation decisions
Content violations
Loss of earnings or business interruption
You are fully responsible for ensuring your activities comply with third-party platform rules.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a subscription:
Fees are billed in advance
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in NeuroLover — including software, design, branding, and AI systems — remain the property of NeuroLover.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

NeuroLover shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeuroLover in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
